Every display is priced around your actual property, approved lighting plan, access and selected scope.
Essential Display
Typically suits homes around 2,000 sq. ft. or less

Typical starting range
A clean, focused display with strong curb appeal, without covering the entire property.
Signature Display
Typically suits homes around 3,000 sq. ft.

A layered display with expanded roofline coverage plus architectural or landscape details.

No — they're typical ranges to help you plan. Your exact price depends on your property and the design you approve, and we'll give it to you in writing before anything is installed.
Not directly. We price the actual display — mostly linear feet of roofline, height, and how many trees, bushes and features you want lit. Square footage is just a rough guide.
Yes. Every package includes the lights, professional installation, free service calls through the season, takedown in January, and storage until next year.
Absolutely. Many customers start with the front roofline and add trees or landscape lighting later. Returning customers also get a reinstall discount.
Yes — storefronts, offices, churches and HOA entrances are quoted individually after a quick site review.
