Information you give us.When you request a quote we ask for your name, phone number and/or email, how you prefer to be contacted, your street address, city and ZIP code, whether the property is a home or business, the services and colors you're interested in, a package or budget range, any notes you add, and how you heard about us. You can also contact us directly by phone, text or email.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits; it does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we don't ask for payment card details on this website.

• To prepare your design and quote, and to contact you about it.
• To schedule and carry out installation, in-season service calls, takedown and storage.
• To send you a confirmation that we received your request.
• To keep records of our work and meet our legal and tax obligations.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We won't add you to a marketing list without your permission. If you're a past customer we may reach out once a year about re-installing your lights; just tell us if you'd rather we didn't.

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

• Google (Places API)— when you type your address, the text is sent to Google to suggest matching addresses. Google's handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides cookie-free visit counts.
• Neon — stores quote requests in an encrypted database.
• Resend — delivers the email notification to us and your confirmation email.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of our customers.

We keep quote requests and customer records while we're working with you and for a reasonable time afterward so we can reinstall your display in future seasons and keep business records. If a quote doesn't turn into a job, we delete the request within two years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

This website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Quote requests are stored in an encrypted database that only our website can access, and our lead records are password-protected. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days. Submitting the quote form is optional; you can always call or text us instead.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
